Background

Ashley is a professional in environmental, cultural resource, and sustainability fields with expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. She excels in integrating environmental planning with infrastructure project delivery, including design and construction phases. As a project manager, she balances team coordination with client vision, managing risks to timelines, quality, and budget.


Her 17-year career includes work in Colorado and projects in Wyoming, Arizona, Oklahoma, California, Texas, and New York. She specializes in preservation planning, cultural resource compliance, and sustainability, serving local, state, and federal clients like FHWA, FTA, DOE, USFW, USDA, NPS, WAPA, FEMA, and USACE.


Ashley is certified as an Envision Sustainability Professional and holds a Professional Educator License for teaching social studies. Trained as an architectural historian, her technical specialty is cultural resource compliance for Section 106 and historic Section 4(f). She is adept at coordinating with project designers and agencies to streamline cultural resource compliance and manage municipal projects requiring public outreach and stakeholder engagement.
