Founder

Background

Colleen is the person clients call when a project needs to move, and stay moving. Her 26 years of experience in NEPA, alternatives analysis, and program management reflects a career built on turning complex processes into clear, achievable outcomes. Known for thoughtful, detail-oriented leadership, she has a rare ability to hold the technical, regulatory, and client dimensions of a project together simultaneously, keeping work on track even when the path gets complicated.

At Peak, Colleen leads environmental review and planning advisory work for a wide range of clients, from CDOT, RTD, and Denver International Airport to cities, counties, and local agencies across Colorado. Her current projects include the Peña Boulevard NEPA and Design project at DEN, NEPA work on I-25 improvements in the north Denver metro area and south Colorado Springs area, and strategic planning and advisory efforts for the City and County of Denver, RTD, and Lone Tree, projects that reflect both the scale and significance of the work Peak takes on.
